" I ordered custom embroidered hats for our upcoming Family Reunion from Thread Your Logo. We used a logo designed by one of our cousins who is a graphic artist. I had outstanding communication with Thread Your Design throughout the process and they were willing to make corrections after the digital design was created. The proof showed me how the hats would look completed.

After the text adjustment the hats went in for production. I was contacted to verify the shipping address and then the hats were sent. The hats are wonderful! I'm confident that our family members who receive them will wear them proudly for years to come. We'll done! The price was more than we'd planned to spend but the outcome was worth the higher cost."

Thread Your Logo provided very attentive and caring customer service. I was nervous about working with an embroiderer that wasn't local for me (I'm based in NY), but working with Jacqueline was great -- sometime she'd even respond late at night when I sent her emails, even though that was not expected. They provided quick shipping, and a high-quality product to go with it.
