We also do screen printing and digital printing on shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, pants and even some patches. Screen prints are available in single and multi-color designs, from simple prints to more complex images.

If so, try reopening the file in an image creating/manipulating program (like Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop), and resave it using "Save As" function and choosing the correct format - then try uploading again.
